PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT

The U.S. Navy would like to thank the public, elected officials, state and local agencies, and other interested parties for taking time to review the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA), attend public meetings, and submit comments on the analyses and findings presented in the Draft EA for the NAS Oceana Strike Fighter Transition. The public comment period and public meetings are an important aspect of the environmental analysis process. All comments submitted during the public review period were considered during the development of the Final EA.
